marketing team a single point of online access to insurance and
company guidelines, product sales ideas, news releases and more.
Integrating the 15 manuals into one electronic version has offered
numerous benefits to Phoenix content administrators and users,
Hoffman said.
With its insurance guidelines now online, Phoenix makes updates
weekly to the content.
"Making changes to content on our site is fast and easy. Two people
maintain our site, which contains more than 30 megabytes of
content. The flexibility of the Next Page distributed architecture
supports numerous file formats and minimizes maintenance. And it's
XML-based, so it's scalable," Hoffman said
