Lifetime Renew ability: Once a policy has been in effect for 60
days, it cannot be canceled or non renewed except for very few
reasons, such as non-payment of premium or increasing the risk
exposure of the property without written permission from the
company.
Replacement Cost on Contents: may include "new for old" payment for
contents, such as furnishings and clothing, without any reduction
for depreciation, to replace many of your damaged contents with
similar property, brand new (Subject to your policy terms and
conditions, and coverage limits).
Additional Limits Coverage: Coverage provides for additional limits
for the dwelling regardless of policy limit, up to the additional
limits provided by the endorsement and subject to the other terms
and limitations.
